Welcome to Citizen Koenig
Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 9:00AM March 8, 2008
So here you have it. Finally. A blog by Roman Koenig. As several of my friends will attest, this blog has been a “phantom” for a long time. An empty domain crying out for content. Not anymore.
If you are a film buff, you’ll probably get a kick out of this blog’s name. As a journalist and filmmaker/screenwriter, and someone who teaches both, it seemed like an appropriate choice for a title given my background and the content I plan to produce.
“Citizen Koenig” will be more about issues related to the media, with additional commentary on politics (local and national, etc.) and personal journals. The goal is for this blog to be more than just one person’s day-in-the-life.
So watch out in the weeks to come. Hopefully, you’ll find the material informative, engaging and entertaining.
Your comments are appreciated, too. You’ll notice I handle my comments a little differently than other blogs. The “Post a Comment” link actually functions as e-mail, so please be sure to label your subject line as the entry you’re commenting on. That way, I can place it under the proper entry.
Whether you compliment or rant, enjoy!

Hi Roman -- This is a great blog! Really interesting. Hope to read more from YOU. Tony's link isn't working. Brandy's is edgy & metaphysical (which I love). I'm going to check back often. Have fun with this -- hope you get lots of interest, and great feedback! Love, Mom (P. S. Would you be interested in a psychic link on this blog?)

Hi Roman,
This is just great. Nancy and I brought up the site and just went Woooow! The layout is not busy: I like that. Have fun with this. I think it will grow into something really nice. By the way you can get Tony's link to work by deleting everything following the slash after Johansen. That change was suggested by Greg. Great stuff Roman.
